Thai Peanut Kelp Noodles
Simple, satisfying, and sustainable, these kelp noodles in thai peanut sauce can be whipped up from scratch in under 10 minutes and are soon to be your favorite week night dish.

Ingredients
1 12 oz package of kelp noodle
2 tbsp cup Peanut Butter
2 tsp liquid aminos or soy sauce
2 tsp siracha
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 a lime (plus more to taste)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, aminos/soy sauce, siracha, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, lime juice, stir to combine
In a medium sauce pan, bring 5 cups of water to boil and add noodles. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until done (check back of package)
Rinse kelp noodles well and then soak for a minute before shaking dry
Add noodles to sauce and stir to coat
